Nelson University Sexual Assault Policy
The Nelson University policy strictly prohibits sexual harassment, sexual assault, stalking, domestic violence, dating violence, and discrimination within the University community. Harassment on the basis of sex is a violation of Title IX of the Education Amendments Act of 1972 and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. This policy applies equally to all members of Nelson University community: students, faculty, administrators, staff, contract employees and visitors.
