Whether on the Nelson University main campus in Waxahachie, Texas, or somewhere around the globe, Nelson Worship is always about one thing: Facilitating the worship of God through song. In its foundational role as the campus music worship ministry, Nelson Worship leads in the university’s weekly chapel services while maintaining an active travel schedule. Nelson Worship is comprised of students that have been evaluated by audition for both their talent and passion for the presence of God. The group is typically comprised of four vocalists and a five-piece band, and plans each experience drawing from a broad set of music styles, in a way that serves the unique profile of each worship event.
